Shipping insurance is available at checkout. ShipInsure is highly recommended in the event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged.

Copper Johns is not responsible for incorrect addresses resulting in failed or returned packages.  Copper Johns will not reship said orders, it is up to the customer to repurchase their order & pay the cost of shipping, again.

Damages and issues
